Coffee Enema Explained

As early as 1917 coffee enemas has made its appearance and was found in the prestigious Merck Manual by the 1920's, it was found by German scientist's that a caffeine solution could open the bile ducts and stimulate the production of bile in the liver.

A German born physician by the name of Dr Max Gerson who lived in the United States for 23 years believed that chronic, degenerative and infectious diseases, were the result of a degenerative liver pancreas and immune system. He used clinical scientific findings that in general coffee enemas could contribute to a detoxification program introduced first for tuberculosis, then cancer.

His theory about cancer shown that poor nutrition and long term exposure to pesticides, chemical fertilizers, air and water pollution as well as other irritants that increasingly saturate the environment caused our metabolic system to dysfunction.

He noticed from many of his patients that their pain was lessening once on the enemas, many people also felt much calmer while others benefited from constipation relief.

"Patients have to know that the coffee enemas are not given for the function

of the intestines but for the stimulation of the liver"

                                                                       Dr. Max Gerson

How does it work?

Here's what happens when the coffee is implanted through the rectum into the sigmoid colon (lowest part of the intestine) the bowel is porous and is designed to absorb liquid.

The active elements of the coffee enema will be absorbed very quickly and easily into the mass concentration of veins in the rectal area (the haemorrhoidal veins).

These veins lead into the portal system through the portal vein, the therapeutic enzyme in the coffee enema such as palmitic (bile stimulator) acid go's directly to your liver.

The bile's purpose in the body are to emulsify fast during digestion and also to act as a toxin neutraliser therefore facilitates the excretion of toxic metabolic waste.

This important role in Detoxification is enhanced by coffee since this bean releases an enzyme which dilates the bile ducts allowing the release of bile.

Note:

The coffee itself does not travel to the liver through the portal system!

Only the palmitic (bile stimulator) acid is carried to the liver.

The coffee itself remains in the sigmoid colon which is located above the rectum.

I have the Gerson Therapy book in the clinic if you would like to take a look.
