Procedure
During the 24 hours leading up to your treatment avoid fizzy drinks, alcohol, caffeine and red meat. Try to drink plenty of water and keep to light meals. On the day of your treatment refrain from eating 1 hour before your session.
Here at Healthy Colonics we are aware of how important modesty is to our clients (you can be assured that coverage is apparent at all times). The therapist will leave the room so that you may prepare in privacy.
Once you are ready for your treatment a sterilized nozzle called a speculum will be very gently inserted by your therapist. We aim to make you as comfortable as possible so that you may achieve a relaxing and rewarding session.
After the procedure
After your procedure is performed your therapist will give you a chewable probiotic (friendly bacteria) to help in maintaining a healthy result. The therapist will provid you with an after-care guide in keeping with your treatment.
About the machine
In our clinic we use the Aqua-clinic mobile machine new to the industry. With its state-of-the art variable flow and deep hydration, it enables the therapist to achieve effective results from the very first treatment. We always use sterilized disposable equipment.
